Overview:
A unique opportunity to learn about legal considerations when starting a company and considering developing IP internally and/or in-licensing from lawyers in the patent prosecution and technology transactions sections at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC.
Topics will include:
a. Patentability – What is patentable? What is the process? How much does it cost?
b. Trademark, Patents, and Copyright Licensing. What considerations should be made?
